3Account Registration & Member Responsibilities

When registering a BBClub account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as per your identification card, an active phone number, a valid email address, and any other information requested during the registration process.

As the account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential.
• Ensuring that no other party uses your account without your authorization.
• Notifying bbclub immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.

BBClub shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised third party, particularly where such losses result from your own negligence or failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

• System vulnerability exploitation: Exploiting any bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Colluding with other members to cheat the gaming system, including in poker or table games involving multiple players.

8Account Suspension & Closure

BBClub reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time on the following grounds:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC identity verification process within the specified timeframe.

Following account closure, any valid balance (unrelated to bonuses in breach of the terms) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within the specified timeframe, subject to applicable KYC requirements and legal compliance.
